Photorealistic 3d renders allow us to see how interiors might look according to a proposed design.
My client, the building company was asked by real estate owner to design the interior of apartments he wants to rent out.
My job was create 3d renders and added some effects such as a little chromatic aberration so that to add the perception of photography to 3d renders. Also, volume fog effect was added to emphasize the sunlight and add the perception of the volume when we look at flat images.
Such effects combined with photorealism allowed the viewer to see visuals with comfort and gain a positive experience of working with my client. Due to this, my client is getting repeat contracts from this real estate owner.
