From preparing and gaining budget approval, to contacting, managing and coordinating Sponsors & Exhibitors, I was responsible for directing all aspects of event planning. I also created all of our advertising whether it was intended for email, social media channels, video or print. Personalized badges were created for all attendees, staff and sponsors. I staged, designed, purchased and implemented everything for the event. For this particular event, I collaborated with a sports talent firm to accommodate, create a strict event itinerary, and floorpan based around Alex Bregman of the Houston Astros.
