Nyx materializes and improves a new rest method, based on the respect of our biological sleep cycles, tested and validated by the French National Institute of Health. By recovering this natural rhythm, sleep optimizes itself. This approach offers much more restful deep sleep : it allows us to respond to our current way of life.
