Create a billboard that engaged and encouraged Texas Veterans to attend Virtual Job Fair. We wanted to make an impact and assist Texas Veterans impacted by COVID-19. In some areas of Texas, billboards are much more effective than social media. We analyzed data and placed signs strategically across the State.
