NRC - Nigeria Railway Cooperation is the official government body in charge of the railway systems in nigeria. Their existing web & mobile applications were completely out of date and made it very difficult for user to book trips and keep track of their tickets. My job was to apply UX principles and UI standards to create a pleasurable experience while maintaining their branding.
