Design Brief:
Produce a range of instore marketing for Domino's.
Goals to increase:
• Drink sales with each purchase.
• Interest in side items & desserts.
• Number of repeat customers.
• Appeal of the in-store experience.
• Awareness that they were for the occasion & not just pizza.
Action:
I was part of a small team of designers led by David Juergens. After working with outside creative on initial concepts (thank you to the amazing Carrie O'Neal & Michael Lupariello ) we took full ownership with the Canadian launch in 2009.
Artwork was refined, production reviewed, & efficiencies sought in all aspects of the job through “constant improvement” -involving design, bindery, and customer feedback on the material.
Canada was followed up by the successful launch in the U.S. in 2010. Materials are now in a growing list of countries from Romania to Bahamas - both seen here.
