Domino's In-Store Merchandising Initiative - Store Audit: Overall and detail photographs and measurements were taken to gain a visual perspective of the store interiors. The interiors were then compared to helpdetermine the size, shape and location of POS elements. The need for flexible or customizable elements was discovered through the audit. I traveled to several regions of Canada for this initial audit.

Domino's In-Store Merchandising Initiative – Concept through Installation - Innovation and application of past key learnings: There were several innovative developments and designs built upon past learning in the POS launch. The shelf spinner developed for the Laundry Compaction initiative was improved in functionality and shelf life by integrating materials and manufacturing techniques learned from the Candy Prototype. Materials and printing techniques from several in-store initiatives were applied to the exterior window posters for improved noticeability.

Nathan's Hot Dog POP Update - Updated in-store POP elements. The color scheme replaced the original green and yellow for a more appealing look. The medallion lock up design leverages its look from the combination of a gold medal award and the USDA inspection stamp. It speaks to the high quality of ingredients and manufacturing in the product.
