Concept of 'Rotater' bench is based on "prismavision" billboard rotating system, but works by mechanics. This system helps to save the seating surface always dry and clean.
All rotating system works by gears, which are fixed on metal sticks (axis). These sticks connect all wood prisms (seating surface) with the base concrete part.
'Rotater' Garbage Bin system is based on stable axis, which is not round. The main purpose was to create the concept of separated garbage bin, which can not fall down, be comfortable in using and solve the majority of existing problems.
The main idea of the shape is to make solid form, then cut it in 3 pieces and it will looks like one single shape, but separated in 3 part for 3 kinds of garbage: glass+plastic, paper, other waste.

The concept of new Street Equipment for Moscow (bench and garbage bin)
These concepts were born based on many problems connected with street equipment, Russian climate and city problems in general, which were studied on research phase of the project.
Climate in Russia is very severe and unpredictable. As a result, there is a problem "What materials for outdoor street furniture is more appropriate? How to make equipment comfortable for people?"
But this is only one problem. Such project must not only solve majority of problems, but also be very stylish, ergonomically correct and fit into the atmosphere of the city, to be the part of it.
