Do or Die: A Roll Playing Adventure
Do or Die was my senior capstone project, developed in Unity with a team of 4 from the class and a 5th student outside the class helping with audio.
The game is a tabletop RPG inspired twin-stick shooter where the player controls a d20 rolling around an arena designed to look like tabletop RPG terrain on a wooden table. Players roll around by tilting the table, and shoot smaller dice as projectiles at enemies.
I worked as lead designer for the project. I pitched the original concept to my group, developed it further, designed the gameplay level, implemented post processing effects, and also worked on programming in gameplay features.
