GelThaw Kitchen Appliance - Seeking first to create a convenient food thawing method for quick prep, user surveys and research findings showed that all current methods carry health risks, and that users are ignorant of these dangers. Therefore, the project became about finding a safe, fast way to thaw food. My solution accomplishes this.
