This project came from a basic user need in light of a problem - existing add-on windshields for motorbikes prevent the buffeting of air and wind resistance from upsetting the rider and handling, but sometimes, despite all manner of adjustments, the screen is either too low, which deflects the air into the face and upper body, or too high, which then means that air rushes between the bike and the screen, which can seriously affect handling.
In collaboration with K. Middlebrook, an experienced rider, and based on his thoughts, observations and experiences, the Aerowings were born.
They have since been batch produced for the relationship between this particular motorcycle and aftermarket screen and solved the problem to the delight of users.
Bearing in mind the countless models and screen combinations available, this bespoke but industrial product could satisfy the needs of many motorcyclists in the future.
