The logo for the Leslie H. Cochran University Scholars program at YSU. I was a member of the program, as a recipient of the scholarship of the same name. They had a contest for a new logo while I was still a student there, so I submitted mine, and it got the most votes. To my knowledge it is still in use today. The only thing I'd really change is the font, which I now know is way overused.
