The Responsive Banking Concept is a pop-up branch that provides financial institutions an innovative way to expand their service footprint to their customers.
The Responsive Bank Concept is designed to provide the bank customer a unique and personalized user experience for all of the functions of the branch.
Enclosed sections of the RBC were designed to provide the customer with a comfortable and secure environment for financial transactions and consultation.
Initial development started with the analysis of the user's needs and ideation of user flow scenarios for each touchpoint of the concept.

RESPONSIVE BANKING CONCEPT (RBC)

The Responsive Banking Concept was designed to address how the branch channel can be delivered in a way that brings the branch to the customer. The Responsive Banking Concept recontextualizes the branch banking experience by utilizing emerging technologies to better serve the customer while reducing real estate cost of the financial institution. The design breaks the current branch experience into four sections to focus on uniquely serving the customer’s needs.
