"I have to say, I was very impressed by the service that I received. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The staff are friendly and approachable, and if I felt something needed tweaking I could say so.
It was worked on and changed until it looked as much like my daughter as a puppet could get. Attention was paid to every little detail. Eye colour, piercings, hair; everything just like April. We even added a dimple!
As a finishing touch glasses exactly like April's were added and we even had her company logo printed on to a puppet sized t-shirt. April's reaction to this surprise was priceless! She was not expecting that! And was very impressed with the attention to detail. She also loves the fact that no one will have an April puppet, it's better than a portrait or sculpture. Immortalised it puppet form!
