IMAGE 1 Toothbrush Design
The aim of the final design was to create a toothbrush that encouraged brushing in a circular motion to preventing excessive brushing, to regulate the amount of toothpaste used and to keep the bristles as clean as possible. The design had to be eye catching and original and also easy to clean. A cost report exploring manufacturing processes was produced to support the design. The model was produced in Solidworks and then rendered in 3Ds Studio Max
IMAGE 2 Fire Surrounds Design
The concept was to centre the consumers view and mood around the fireplace, this was attempted by using interchangeable translucent coloured glass in front of the fire. A stainless steel frame and circular centrepiece was designed into the product to add to the attractiveness of the design. The GA Drawings explain the construction details, dimensions and how the product would work, a manufacturing plan and report was also produced.
