While studying for my Post Graduate Certificate Urban Design qualification, the second module included an overseas Maser Planning project in Prague.
This consisted of a Sketch work, Site Appraisal, Design Agenda, Preliminary Master Plans and finally and Master Plan Document. I obtained the qualification with a Merit and found the course to be very useful.

This layout was produced on my Post Graduate Certificate Course as part of a Site Planning and Development Appraisal.
The document was to prepare a proposal for the redevelopment of the site, meeting the objectives set in the Design Strategy document. The experience gained from working on an inner city scheme has given me a understanding of the potential constraints but also the opportunities within a city layout. The need for feasibility work was a key part on the design process as this helped produce a layout that was not only design lead but also worked on a financial level
