Detailed Master Plans
These are examples of some of the Detailed Master Plans that I have worked on at Capita Cements.
I work alongside a Senior Urban Designer working up any base information and creating final visuals to the finished Master Plans.
i also assist with the design, preparation and research producing supporting drawings needed to support the Master Plan which are a important part of an outline planning application and this is something that I am commonly involved with.
Master Plans like these are usually used in Design and Access Statements and other application documents which I would set up and assist with the text.
These Master Plans are either rendered in M-Colour or Photoshop for more detailed graphics.
