A small family hotel near Samokov Bulgaria. The main idea is that the building guides the sight with its own shape and orientation. The hotel is situated in a narrow plot and the views are directed towards the short sides. That is why massive glazing is used on the short facades, while the long ones have less windows. On the south, towards the patio and the mountain, there is a penthouse with big green terrace on the last floor. The pool in the patio is filled with mineral water and is surrounded by sunbeds and also some tables from the restaurant. The restaurant also looks toward the patio through big glazing. A self-cooking option is provided to the visitors. There is also a professional kitchen and a staff room. In total there are 7 guest-rooms in the hotel, 2 of which are apartments. A small winery, as well as a fitness with sauna and steam-room are located in the basement. Wood and stone finishing materials are used for the hotel exterior, as these are considered traditional.
