corporate identity/product branding - Designed, baseball catchers gear including shin guards, chest protector and face mask. Not depicted here are Photoshop renderings (all three products), Rhino and Form Z models.
rental tool redesign - Redesigned a traditional floor burnisher/buffer. Project included, photo analysis, CAD model of original buffer, problem carving and task analysis trees. A full scale mock-up was constructed to test user interaction. The final CAD model shown here, was created in FormZ in approximately 2 days.
IHA competition - Received Honorable Mention in 2006 International Housewares Show. Project included 6 weeks of research, problem carving and solution trees. The rest of the time was spent testing a full scale mock-up and form refinement through sketching. The final CAD model shown here was done in solidworks, and focused heavily on manufacturability.
Marksman Design Awards - A Bluetooth teleconferencing dock for cell phones. This project focused on the 05-06 Marksman Design Competition. The project included market research, problem carving analysis, and lots of sketching. Final model shown here was hand made from RENN foam. Disclaimer: This project has no affiliation to Motorola.
