The goal of this project was to optimize T-Mobile's next generation mobile app omnichannel content and sales experiences.
Approach:
- Identify customer touch points across channels
- Create user journeys for 3 consumer personas
- Identify best practices of top ecommerce app experiences across touchpoints.
- Create a strategy and plan for T-Mobile's app.
Outcomes:
- Optimized customer experience, sales and customer retention plan.
- Apply product design research to creation of new mobile app interfaces.
- Improve T-mobile customer satisfaction and engagement through improved user experience.
