MirrorCache is a startup developing the SmartAccessMirror, a smart interactive product that offers hotel guest services and a safe to secure their valuables.
Services include room service, amenities, restaurant and bars, local event info, room temperature control and Alexa services.
This complex IOT product applies design driven by customer and user needs, modern technology tools and a compelling user interface experience.
Role: Contributed to company and product strategy, hands-on design and leadership in all aspects of product design, market research, user research, user interface and hardware design, ergonomics and prototype development.
