Microsoft's Global Sales Teams use Microsoft Demos to showcase key products and services to enterprise and mid-size companies worldwide.
For this project, I led a complete redesign under a tight timeline working with Microsoft product owner and

- Developed product requirements.
- Created personas and user journeys.
- Identified usability and user needs through usability study.
- Created new user flows; created streamlined navigation and new interactive experiences that improved usability.
- Created wireframes and visual design spec and worked with development to implement
Outcomes
- Made it easier and faster for sales teams to show Microsoft demos quickly and efficiently.
- Improved Microsoft product sales process.
- Contributed to product manager's vision and success for organization.
Role:
