Previous Site Experience: - Difficult to find materials, poorly organized and not current with Microsoft design standards.
Navigation Strategy: A new site navigation was created in collaboration with end users and following Microsoft's navigation guidelines to present dynamic, relevant navigation choices.
Product Demos and Materials: 1) Visually well organized makes it easier to scan through materials and quickly access assets end users need to product demonstrations. 2) Filters make it easier to narrow by product, audience, topic and date published. 3) Added personalization and ability to share materials with colleagues.
Wireframe: Support page strategy focused on: 1) Easier to quickly find answers to most common questions in sub-categories 2) Access to Jammer community for assistance 3) Ability to submit a ticket for support. Strategically, business owner is working to reduce support costs by providing better self-service content.

Microsoft's Global Sales Teams use Microsoft Demos to showcase key products and services to enterprise and mid-size companies worldwide.
