Brown Paper Tickets Consumer eCommerce Product Redesign
Brown Paper Tickets is a worldwide leader in event ticketing and management generating 2 million visitors/month to its site and over $12M in annual revenue.
For this project, I led a complete redesign of both the consumer e-commerce and event management online and mobile platforms.
Approach & Process:
- Created clear business, product and audience goals.
- Conducted research to identify user needs and issues.
- Created user journeys, use cases, new navigation models, interactive layouts, wireframes and prototypes to streamline and maximize usability.
