PB&J is a response to a call for innovative food vendors in the University Circle area of Cleveland. The goal was to provide the area with healthy and sustainable lunch options. PB&J is a food vendor specializing in customizable peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. These sandwiches provide University Circle with a low cost, quick and vegetarian choice at lunchtime.
