Carlo Luteri

I was commissioned an illustration for a STATPHYS27 presentation on negative temperature. I had to portray with clarity this fascinating physical state, not as that of temperatures below zero, but above infinity, and drew my inspiration from the woodcuts and thermometers stored in the Museo Galileo in Florence.
