Waterplace Providence, RI
The Waterplace project in Providence, RI is two residential towers with mixed use retail at the base, drive court and pedestrian connections to pre-existing adjacent riverwalk park.
Strata Design Assoc. was hired by ADD Inc. for this project and Jim Heroux was principal in charge. I assisted with all drawings on this project.
The majority of work on this project was paving plans, stairs, ramps, rails, drive court, sidewalks, and street trees. We also had to dismantle, store and reinstall parks department riverwalk paving and stairs to original specifications.
