Design included adjustable tank bottom slope with or without grout, Effluent Trough, Weir, Scum Baffle, round or rectangular Concrete Base, 360° adjustable Hopper, Influent Pipe, Effluent Pipe, RAS pipe, side wall Scum pipe, drain pipe, Sludge pipe, Center Pier mounting, Tow-Bro Manifold Seal mounting, & Bridge mounting
Design Final Clarifier Assembly & Drawings.
Created project specific SolidWorks Toolbox of over 16k parts, 5 materials with Complete BOM field population.
All sizes & positions linked by 190 SolidWorks equations that allow complete API adjustments from third party program with only a few required values from the end user.
