Thin film crack detection
During the summer of 2011 I performed analysis of sound waves produced from thin film indentation in micro processors. In order to determine the adhesive and cohesive cracking I invented a computer code aimed at predicting these cracks before they occur. This type of code is the first of it's kind with thin film research.
