This assignment started off as a challenge to design a desk for my own personal use. To start this process I started by analyzing what simplicity mean to me. Then I observed what I used my desk for, where I found myself doing work and why. Materials research, inspiration boards, ideation, sketches, renderings and a final presentation were the result. After going through the whole design proces, I decided that fabrication was the next step. Some of the design aspects were altered due to lack of resources locally, but the final product is based of the original design.
