Mechanical Modifications for Electroclave
The ElectroClave is a new product to sterilize medical devices while down loading data to a hospital server. Seal Shield used an existing cabinet design to start with. My task was to design or modify the PCB board shelfs, front bezel, holofect door locking assembly, PCB board and button mount, LED cover mounting assembly and device sterilization trays. The externally visible modifications I worked on can be seen at the top left corner where the buttons and LED screen come through the case.
