LED Utility Lamps
Evluma required a completely new LED lamp for the outdoor utility market. My part in this was to design the housing, access panel, back reflector, optical mirror assembly system, “figure 8” gasket, and fastening systems for all the parts in the product. The parts were designed to be assembled with as few fasteners and assembly steps as possible. As the only CAD designer in the company I completed all the engineering release packages for these parts and any others that required CAD work. I also traveled to China twice in 2012 and India twice in 2014 in order to set up supply lines and ensure quality control.
