Via Vai, which is Italian for “come and go,” is the philosophy
behind the upscale eatery that doubles as an art gallery.
Italian artist Sandro Martini created a 28-metre-by-8-metre
abstract piece on the walls of this eat-in solarium. The client
was looking for a modern looking logo that somehow signified
the come and go meaning behind the restaurant name. Within
the logo you will notice both an upward facing and downward
facing arrow to represent the movement of Via Vai. The menu
design was to represent the true taste of La Dolce Vita.
