Wingz is a transportation service mainly focused on long car drives between airports and the hotels. The project is done by first doing a UX research consisting of Online Ethnography, Persona Creation, User Journeys, System Mapping and Conclusions with through a Mental Model Diagram and Yellow Dot Map. The UX Research is done collaboratively with my colleagues and Politecnico Di Milano School of Design While the App Redesign is later done by me using the insights we got from the UX Research.
