Elite Support is an essential dealer quality improvement program that in 2011 had a program rename from ExpressWay and needed a brand update to reflect its new vibrancy. All-new materials including website, training participant guides, flags, banners and certification awards were rolled out to help the program reach critical mass. The clients are very pleased and dealer certifications have caught like wildfire as a marketing advantage with 130 of 600 dealers certified in two years!
