Guided prompts to user for independently creating a complex analytical report 4. Created Context Sensitive help to reduce customer support queries on creating analytical report. 5. Enhanced the visual appearance with updated/redesigned icons/buttons.

Redesigning and Simplifying Report creation UI

Reporting UI had to be overhauled and redesigned for the following reasons:
Current authoring interface is quite flexible, providing variety of options for advanced cases/users, but too complex for most users.
Too many, not frequently used, options result in errors causing support cases
Not easy to troubleshoot issues.
Pool of people who can efficiently use the interface is very limited, causing bottlenecks, resulting delays in content creation.
