Reconciling Reports post Model Update
A retail data model restatement can involve change in member names, dimension names, hierarchy changes etc. Reports created using a model require reconciling once a model has been updated or restated to ensure the analytical reports are generating correct insightful data and not reporting on old data. A Reconciliation tool was designed and integrated with the BI Application. As an end user I can reconcile my reports to view updated sales data and adjust my sales and product promotion strategies accordingly.
