Maritime Museum Furniture
The architecture agency “Construire “ and I worked together to pattern few schemes. We had to make
furnitures for the maritime industry, as the Naval Museum in La Rochelle was being extended.
After many creativity tests the furnitures that have been selected were a staff tea room, two welcome desks
and a restaurant counter made with white and black plywood reminding the ship signals.
My job as a Designer was to develop a furniture kit without seeing the assembling, adjustable to the Naval
Museum’s framework.
Conceiving and modelling sections and subset. In addition I had to edit the production plan and assembling
manual.
