Investigation - Holonomic robotic platform

This robotic platform design uses two motor drivers to achieve a holonomic design which it is capable of moving spontaneously in any direction.

The four motors which drive the wheels are linked by a chain so that they always remain parallel with one another. The 5th motor in the centre of the platform changes the orientation of the wheels dictating the direction the robot will travel.
