My new full suspension Cruiser e-bike concept with 1000W Hub Motor is designed based on a non-welded, made of 6061 and 7075 aircraft aluminum alloy frame, equipped with a high capacity 24.5Ah battery and a belt drive. The 1000W drive is primarily installed on this model for load testing of the frame. The frame design allows you to install on a bike both mid-drive system or rear hub drive with a power of 250, 500, 750W, and a battery with a capacity of 14, 17.5, 21 or 24.5Ah.
The frame weighs about 3.5 kg and is made without welding using 6061 and 7075 aluminum alloy elements, which are interconnected using Hybrid glue-rivet technology. The frame elements are made of square profiles with rounding at the corners with a radius of 3-5 mm.
