A theme is what leads and directs a design, however the correct interpretation of a theme is what allows it to become memorable. Here I have designed a shop concept to reside within a Pottery Barn. The challenge here was to create a one of a kind custom made fixture that not only embraced the theme but also reflected pottery barn. The theme presented was hanging in the moment. My custom made fixture is a shortened column extruding hangers from which pictures dangle. This becomes the focal point, and creates a clever emphasis on literally hanging in the moment.
