Conceptual Styling - Photo Shoot
Presenting a theme through a photograph proves to be a difficult challenge. However, having a proper understanding of the theme and multiple options for styling can lead to an everlasting photograph. Here my group and I styled a model to be represented in a vintage Chinese Editorial photo shoot. Here I created a one of a kind headdress to be worn as a prop during the shoot. The challenge here was to create a piece that represented the theme without overpowering it. I achieved this by layering the materials on the headdress, and simplifying the remaining wardrobe.
