I have worked with both steel and aluminum in various thicknesses, for the production of structural, semi-structural (various shrouds) and jig designs. Primarely in-house bending, with a sheet metal Brake press. Through Solidworks, I was able to design sheet metal components with In-context relations, place bends, and allow for tab-and-slot interlocking of welded features.
