Spacing Out

A 2D platformer created in conjunction with 2 other individuals for USC's CTIN 532: Interactive Design and Production I course in Spring 2023. Created with Unity2D. Currently, the team plans to improve the project and publicly release the game on itch.io.

Served as co-project producer and developer alongside one other individual. Personal responsibilities/implementations include player basic movement, powerups, moving boxes, jump pads, and custom art assets.

Spacing Out is a space-themed puzzle platformer in which the player assumes the role of an astronaut navigating through a foreign planet to find missing pieces of their spaceship. Players are encouraged to utilize powerups and environmental factors to approach problems in a multitude of ways.

All game music and sound effects were composed by Ike Maness from Berklee. Additional game asset credits have been linked below.
