Stelpa - The Design Exchange partnered with DuPont Canada to challenge Canadian design students to design a product that is commercially feasible and that takes advantage of the qualities of Hytrel.
Stelpa is a protective brace (for women) that acts like an extension of the body, copying the functions of the main ligaments and absorbing some of the stresses of the knee.
The high impact strength of Hytrel is perfect to provide proper support and its flexibility allows for maximum mobility of the knee.
