Koti - My objective was to find a new way to keep geographically separated loved ones connected. The idea was not to re-create the feeling of being with that person, but rather to create a device that allows the users to actually be together despite being physically apart. Providing communication beyond the everyday audio-visual and/or text-based interactions; a more tangible form of communication.
The solution was not just the device itself, but a new approach in long distance communications.
