Insulin Pump Design
This design exercise set out to improve the current form of insulin pumps. After interviewing several people with type 1 diabetes to find common pain-points, we 3D printed forms to see what shapes people might like to hold in their hands for interaction, and wear. We also took internal components into account, to help approximate scale if this were a functioning device.
