I started creating lots of different instruments, assets, and designs in Illustrator. This was where a lot of abstract design came out. After that, we distilled the designs to something a little more accessible.
We sketched concepts over scanned photos of the staircase where the signage was to be located.

Georgia Natural Gas Signage
I worked as senior designer for this GNG signage project. During the creative process, I lead brainstorm sessions with a team of designers and copywriters. We came up with several great concepts. After the client chose this collage concept of instruments flowing into each other, I designed the artwork in illustrator. We worked with our production designer, to ensure correct color and fit to the custom board layouts. These banners were installed throughout perimeter staircases at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Alpharetta, GA.
