Production assembly layout concept
Shown here is a production assembly layout concept to assemble compressors. Compressor frames are placed on mobile roller carts that are rolled into each workstation. The roller cart with compressor frame is lifted up via scissor lift to finish assembly. Flowracks surround assembly line on each side to hold parts used in the assembly of the compressors. Designed and rendered in Solidworks.
