Mobile freestanding Heijunka Board
Heijunka's are a visual way to manage production efficiently in the workplace. This lean process helps companies match customer demand patterns and eliminate manufacturing waste by leveling production output over a fixed period of time. This particular design utilizes kanban / system boxes in 3 columns wide by 7 rows. On each side of the frame is magnetic dry erase whiteboards to post metrics and info. Designed and rendered in Solidworks.
