Mobile free standing Heijunka Board
Heijunka's are a visual way to manage production efficiently in the workplace. This lean process helps companies match customer demand patterns and eliminate manufacturing waste by leveling production output over a fixed period of time. This particular design utilizes kanban / system boxes in various colors in a waterfall configuration. 25 columns wide by 10 rows. Designed and rendered in Solidworks.
